Rachel Christie
General Counsel
Rachel joined London & Scottish in November 2015, initially on a year’s secondment, and then on a permanent basis. She provides legal counsel for the entire group, manages the relationship with the company’s external legal services provider, and works closely with the Board and senior management across all divisions. She is also Company Secretary to the Group.
As GC, Rachel oversees the contractual aspects of the group’s property transactions, which are in excess of £110 million a year.
