Peter joined LSPIM’s property management team in January 2016. He specifically looks to add value and enhance performance through void reduction, re-gears, maximising rents, managing tenants, and implementing maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Prior to joining the company, Peter held positions at CBRE and Sanderson Weatherall, working in both London and Glasgow. His extensive experience includes responsibility for day-to-day property management, asset management initiatives, service-charge budget management, landlord and tenant matters, and reporting for a number of high-profile clients including M&G, CBRE Global Investors, Kennedy Wilson and the Co-operative Group.
