Doug joined the LSPIM development team in August 2016 and is responsible for property transactions, handling lettings, sales, acquisitions and liaising with legal teams.
With over 30 years’ experience, Doug specialises in institutional leases, lettings with multinational tenants, investment sales and managing agents.
Prior to this, he worked at ExxonMobil where he managed the property and accounting aspects of the disposal of over 200 filling stations in six portfolio deals.
He also spent 13 years as an asset manager at RBS where he oversaw the disposal of two complex property portfolios involving 130 leasehold properties. He also managed a portfolio of 1,150 properties, supervising external property managers, and acquired new property in the UK and throughout Europe.
Doug’s experience also includes 12 years in private practice, initially as an associate at Drivers Jonas and then at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was responsible for capital markets and occupational agency.
