As asset manager for Regional REIT, we focus on building a diverse portfolio of income-producing regional UK core and core plus office property assets.

Our unique, vertically integrated asset management platform delivers considerable value and strong income collection. We deploy property managers and asset managers on the ground, working closely with tenants and supported by finance and research teams to ensure a joined-up service delivery.

As a result, we have always worked very closely with our tenants and have built strong relationships with them. We believe that this approach results in higher returns from the properties that we manage.

What we do

  • Market research and property analysis
  • Property acquisition and development of a business plan for the premises
  • Property refurbishment, repositioning, liaison with agents and marketing
  • Tenant acquisition and ongoing liaison
  • Rent collection, management of service charges and dilapidations
  • Property disposal at conclusion of the business plan

Our asset management teams are based in Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester. In conjunction with our property managers, they take a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to portfolio management.

Working with our research and investment teams, they identify properties where there is a price mismatch or opportunity to generate value by repositioning a property within the local market.
