LSPIM was founded in 2018 by Stephen Inglis, who is also its CEO. It invests in income enhancement and development opportunities across the commercial property and student housing markets.
LSPIM is also asset manager for Regional REIT, a real estate investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange, which owns over £750m of primarily regional office and light industrial assets.
