James had recently joined LSPIM following 10 years at JLL.
While being at JLL he spent time in their residential agency, office agency and valuation teams before joining property and asset management.
He was an associate director within JLL’s property and asset management team and managed all asset types including multi-let offices, retail parks, alternative assets and shopping centres across Yorkshire, the Northwest and Northeast.
James worked for a variety of blue-chip clients, local authorities, and high net worth individuals.
Additionally, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of 7 figure service charge budges and was involved in strategic asset management work to facilitate redevelopment.
