CEVA Logistics commits to further five years at Ashby Business Park HQ
London & Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM), the asset manager for regional office investment specialist Regional REIT, has agreed a lease renewal with CEVA Logistics for a further five years at CEVA House, Ashby Business Park, Ashby de la Zouch.
LSPIM acquired the three-storey, 40,387 sq ft building on behalf of Regional REIT in March 2017 as part of its wider acquisition of Ashby Park. The company refurbished the property in February 2020, upgrading the reception, common areas and toilets. It also installed LED lighting throughout and gave the air conditioning system a complete overhaul.
CEVA Logistics, which has occupied the building since 2007, bases its UK, Ireland and Nordics headquarters at the location.

Despite the national lockdown, companies are still taking a long-term view with regard to their office requirements, and demand for high-quality space remains strong. As occupier needs evolve, we seek to develop our property assets to ensure that they continue to meet modern demands.”
