Graeme Reid
Head of Construction
Graeme joined London and Scottish in April 2018 and is responsible for project delivery. He selects, coordinates and manages multi-disciplinary professional teams and has a successful track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
He has over 30 years of retail, commercial development and project management experience gained from working on a diverse range of projects throughout the UK. Prior to joining LSPIM, Graeme worked for commercial developers such as Stannifer Multiplex and Vico Properties, delivering retail-led and office developments. More recently, whilst on secondment from Gleeds to Land Securities, he worked on the Buchanan Galleries shopping centre redevelopment.
Many of the projects that Graeme has delivered have involved significant challenges. These have included heavily contaminated sites, such as former gas works requiring extensive remediation, and work in constrained locations such as railway stations and urban centres. On all developments, he oversees the requirements for master-planning and town planning.
On every project, Graeme focuses on opportunities to add value, minimise risk and maximise investor returns. He is also a champion of sustainable urban development, and on every project works to support LSPIM’s own challenging green targets.
